I don't know of any way to do it without using a 3rd party app like Windows Blinds or Glass2K.

just curious on the .exe's in some of these releases like this one that Mr. Grim posted does it overwrite the original explorer.exe, shellstyle etc. Mainly asking to confirm if I need to back up the originals or not. Since I have yet to find where info on this is posted.
