well yes it would be awesome, now if this where and android OS i would be having no issues....since i theme custom roms for root users :P
but its like apples and oranges... i mean could you tell me where you would find the framework.res.apk inside of a 7zipped rom?

There are lots of tutorials there, if you need help with third party themes then you could ask me, I've been doing this for longer then I remember, so I could try and help you out.
