Taskbar Centering

Can someone post instruction on how tow to create the centered taskbar like most of the themes show?

I tried the effect the video showed how to create but now i have a bar with home group on it. Is there another way to even the sides of the taskbar to where i only have a small space in the center for my open windows? I like a clean look with minimal things showing on the bar. also is there a way to remove the few items that are showing ( network access, action center icon, and running program icon box)

Right click on Homegroup text and uncheck show title and then lock the taskbar and Homegroup will be gone.

I know how to center the icons in the taskbar OK. My question is how can I do this so it will only affect one theme and not all of them?

you can't. you'll have to re-position your toolbar for each theme.
