extract a game cutscene then convert to a screen saver?

It's very simple David, i download a good quality video from youtube or any site & then i convert it to wma format with cyberlink power director program, finaly i make a screensaver instaler with axialis screensaver producer program. If the game cutscene is on wma format you can make a saver with it.
