If I was making a new custom 7 iso, how could I integrate the certs and everything into it. I know where the file is located.

Scott you will need to read this post carefully: viewtopic.php?f=161&t=4402 (http://virtualcustoms.net/viewtopic.php?f=161&t=4402) there is links to the site with more information from the guy who made the app able to change the boot screen you might find more information there on how to integrate it into an os.

Just be sure to read the full post and all the info as there is a lot there its not just install the app and go, anyone that tries this I suggest you test it first on a virtual machine to make sure it's done correctly before you attempt to do it on your own computer :)

UPDATE:
One thing I did notice is when you change the ( ©Microsoft Corporation ) at the bottom of the boot screen, you can not change the animation again. You get an error saying cannot find the Original ©Microsoft Corporation copyright.

when you restart your pc the problem is resolved and you can change again the bootskin..
