Tuning Windows XP

Hello guys, I've been tunning this old system :P changing icons, visual style, etc.

I managed to change a lot of icons such as folders, but there's one view I don't know how to change

I want to change the icons in the tool bar and like to add a visual style for the left pane, but I don't know how to :(

And the view I was talking about before is this one, my folders and desktop icons are default:

I would like to change those too because it's not fair :P

I haven't been editing XP for about 1 1/2 year but I think I still remember "few" things, although I used to edit more then 400 files in it ...lol

but ....there is a catch! they need to added as an nLite addon only! if you try editing and replacing it in CDXP/i386 it will brake the setup! its safe to change them on already installed system thou.

Hello again everybody, the thing is that I've found very difficult to design a lot of icons for those requests I made before, so I'm asking you something different this time, I've been trying to make a perfect theme for my Windows XP, I'm used to Windows 7 appareance, so I got a little maniac with visual style in my XP notebook.

So the thing is that I tried to modify the Microsoft Zune theme, with a different start button, task bar color, close max and res buttons.
I manage to change the taskbar, the explorer left pane, but it's impossible to me, to modifiy the start button, and the three top right buttons.
I will leave you the two themes for you to download and explore with ResHack or some editing software so you can give me a hand with this.

This is the theme I want the start button, and the three top right buttons from. (It is located in SP4 Theme folder)

You will notice there are two .msstyles files, the one you have to execute or open with reshack to modify is the one called 13.msstyles

I'd be eternally grateful if you could help me out with this so I can finally finish my precious XP theme and I won't worry anymore with this OS. :)
