This is my first light theme i've done so I would like to know what you think !
Wallpapers are by myself.
I would like to thank Virtual Customs and the VC team for all there help and encouragement in the past and I am sure in the future aswell.
and Mr Grim for giving us such a wonderful site.

Edit: I found bug. when i run it with patched explorerframe for folder background, window color is black. I just deleted image from msstyle and it's fine now.;)

hell yes lol was waiting on this one to give it a go very nice work bud very sleek and clean :)

It looks to me as the people having issues with the black background are the ones that have the explorerfame.dll patched to have images for themes that use them in the explorer windows,

myself I don't have this problem as I do not use that patch come up perfect for me

if you remove the black glass image you have in items view in my class maps its here Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > ItemsView > <6>

the people that use the patch won't have the black background issue :)

ok i give up. after causing my sysdtem to rollback about 9 months i just reinstalled this theme and i get the explorer windows you see below. i check my universal theme patcher and resource hacker and they are fine. skull1959 ([Only registered and activated users can see links]), do you have any idea what might be going on?

yeah i remember seeing your post for 2 different updates. i deleted the old 1 after each of your post and downloaded the new update each time. plus it was at least 3 days after you posted your 2nd update before i installed your theme, but to be absolutely sure i'll redownload and then let you know what i get.

edit:

i just removed it, redownload, ran the exe, and it's still doing it. going to check aero just in case.

o.k. in order

reran index score
updated vid drivers
uninstalled your theme, universal theme patcher, and resource hacker completely
redownloaded all three and reinstalled in the above order that i uninstalled them
went to personalize and chose your theme and still the same thing

think i have a idea about at least part of what is happening. when the comp got rolled back the alienware inspired theme was running. once i got the problem with your theme i went to the default theme that came with this os, but i still had the icons and cursors from alienware inspired which i should not still have had.

EDIT:

i tried one last thing, i used 7tsp to rollback the system files to before i used 7tsp, did the restarts, and after the second restart your theme is running great. thanks for the input it helped me jog my memory on things to try.

To get around it I just c/p the url into Chrome browser and my downloaded started.

Only trick I can think of is to clear your browser and try after re-starting.
