Dual Monitor Help

I didn't know were else to post this, sorry if I'm in the wrong section.
My question is, is there some way that I'm able to play games on one monitor. And still do other things with the other, with out the game minimizing it self. It's a tad bit annoying but haven't had much luck in searching so here I am asking of anything can help me.

These are my rig specs if that would be any help. Well the bases anyways

OS: Win 7 64x ultimate SP1
CPU: AMD FX 6100 Six-Core
CPU Speed: 3.83 GHz
Memory: 8g ddr3
Video card: AMD Radeon HD 6800

I think this is actually problem of the game itself... plenty of today's games have the option to be Windowed, or Fullscreen (which is what you do to have them on one of your screen and still see what's going on on the other, but minimizes)
But not so many have the option to be Full Windowed, which is basically what you are asking for...

I don't think there is such software that would add the Full-Windowed option to all games.
