I have Windows 8.1 Pro With media center 9600 x64 , now after 2 restarts and 10 refresh icons works but not the other panels!

All my testing so far has concluded that Theme Resource Changer doesn't work on Windows 8, plus if you want another way to use custom themes then it can be done using Big Muscles Aero Glass for windows 8, it has the option in the installer to bypass the theme signature and doesn't require any files to be patched.

I have install HUD theme extras in windows 8.1 and now panels and clock changed but have one little issui explorer loading slowly!

I have no idea how you managed that, was this from using my installer? all my attempts at modifying the shell32.dll have failed so far.

In Windows 8 works fine!

Now needed update this system files to windows 8.1!

Nop , If i apply custom packs all the panels works and details panel and control panels and system clock, but after this explorer crashing and i cant run any app due damaged system files !

You can saw Here explorer exe not loading folders , control panel not work , system info also not work . in taskbar scroling for sound not work! and then i cant run any program say error in system files!
