I don't know if this is true or not, but can Windows 7 themes be used in Windows 8? Some YouTube videos I was watching on theses said they could. I don't want to mess up my computer any help would be greatly appreciated! :D Thanks

However there is a nifty little program I have attached that will let you install and run Windows 8 / 8.1 .deskthemepacks on Windows 7.
I haven't tried it as of yet, I'd be interested on how it works if anyone decides to try it before I do.
