did you try the "sfc/scannow? or a bootup repair? I know that program can sometimes cause havoc on some computers.I have it installed on my windows 7x64 bit and it runs smooth.Where did yah get the program? from the site directly or from a random site? Sometimes there are problems with the boot animations that you may have used with windows7bootupdater.Some places like in deviant art resize them and may not be compatible with your computer.I would run the sfc/scannow and if that doesnt work, run a boot repair. You may want to be sure you have installed the windows7 bootupdater from the site directly and that you have installed the correct one.

z0n3x.- (http://virtualcustoms.net/member.php/253061-z0n3x) since it's just over a year since any work has been done on it i would not recommend using it. in the last year there have been way too many windows updates that make major changes in the way seven is setup. i would not be surprised if one of those hidden changes was to the boot loader.

Maybe that's why i havent had ah prob with it...cause i dont use windows update..lol.when i got this computer,i completely updated it the first time...and that's it!!,and that was 2 years ago..lol.The only thing i have updated since then is my drivers, and i do that manually through the toshiba website itself.I will update my flash, shockwave etc..manually.But thats all.I have had many problems with windows update in the past so i now have it completely shut off.I know everyone may have ah different opinion about it,this is just mine.It seemed as though windows update had ah habit of always installing something that conflicted with my computer at some point in time.It just got frustrating so i turned it off.My computer runs top notch without all them updates.
