So i download some themes and i get this

from tryin to extract them to my theme folder. but if i go into the .rar and copy 2 files like the theme folder and the picture and put it in my theme folder for my computer i get this.

this picture as stealth blue as my theme and shows stealth blue in my theme folder. can someone tell me what im doin wrong or what im missing?

Hmm if i understand your situation right, try this:

1. extract those 2 files from downloaded archive by drag and drop method on your desktop first.
2. Then cut those 2 extracted files from desktop to: C:\windows\resources\Themes\ folder
3. And then try to apply it on your Windows 7 OS!

If you get any errors when you try to extract this 2 files to any other location (like for example desktop), then it's problem with RAR archive file, other words its incomplete or damaged in some way in the process of downloading to your PC/Laptop!

you also tryings any of grims themes that have an installer, then restart, and then choose the theme you actually want to run. i've used this cheat a few times in 7.
