the quickest way to fix it is download one of grims themes and install it. restart if needed, then switch back to the theme you actually want to run.

Thanks for helping. I guess I am a little confused when you say themes. I thought that what I downloaded?
(HUD Machine Green Windows 7 Premium Theme)..
Or is there something else that I have to do? Wallpaper?
Are you talking about these? If so I have tried this and it dose not work, even after restart?

Looks like you need to install Theme Resource Changer To fix those issue's.

Go to this link:

http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/30902-Theme-Resource-Changer-no-more-dll-editing

Download Theme Resource Changer.rar run as admin and make sure you use x64 if your on 64bit version of windows. If not use x86 for 32bit. Hope this helps.
