Windows Memory Usage

Recently upgraded my new laptops RAM to 16GB. But I'm wondering how come I'm only using 1.5GB ???

Is this normal? :worried:

I'm not complaining lol, everything seems to be working fine, but all I have to go off is my last laptop mate. It ran Windows 7 x64 Ultimate (this new one is Win8.1) and used around 3GB of RAM. So after I upgraded this new laptop and seen its using 1.5GB I thought its only half of what my old laptop used.

looks like your system is idle from the shot. no wonder you're not using more memory.
