As requested here is a tutorial for using 7tsp to patch these files if you can't get it to work manually.
1 Download the files at the bottom of this post and open the archive in 7zip. Extract the two resources (They are from Mr GRiM's pack)

2 Replace these two images with your bmp's, then save them (You can make bmp's with PS).

3 In the 7z archive, delete the resource files

3 In the 7z archive, add your new resource files

4 Select your pack in 7tsp, apply it and reboot.
