Touch of Color-Purple for Windows 10 RS2/RS3

I was cleaning up my unfinished themes folder and
came across this purple version,thought maybe a
few of you guys might like to try it out!

THIS THEME IS ONLY FOR USE ON WINDOW 10 VERSION 1703 and 1709 AND WILL NOT
WORK ON OTHER VERSIONS OF WINDOWS.
