preferring iPack for a new icons pack (fast testing) because uninstalling is very fast and easy
and then prefer 7tsp for finall testing because agree with gsw953
iPack = fast uninstall but not supported shell32.dll or any of special .mui files on w10
7tsp = full icon pack patch for windows 10 because can patch and supported all of the special .mui files as shell32.mui.dll,explorer.mui.exe as other .mui side images mmsys.cpl.mui , main.cpl.mui ..... two screen here

I prefer Ipack They seem to be a lot more straightforward than 7tsp to Install and faster to apply, although 7tsp seems to do a much more complete Install. I change mine a few 2-3 times a week to test out new themes and I have no problems except for a couple of Defender reports saying they haven't been Digitally Signed and yet they still run and Install anyway.
I prefer iPacks on Win 10 now. Personally I find them easier/safer to apply/change and I hardly see/notice the extra icons that can be patched with 7tsp.
and that is reason why all of my new icon packs have been created duplicated for 7tsp or iPack users because everyone likes something different:Smile:
Hello, or I can find mui files on w10 as on your screen?
