When you use the Media Creation Tool from MS its the same iso you download. Its when you install you get to choose what version you want to install..as far as i am aware

It really depends on how you use your computer. If you like to visit risky webpages and so on, i think Windows Defender is not enough, but why take any chances?

Well, i have a clean install without any other patchers and tested on 2 different machines with same result.
The one of them, is stable but none of them let me use any administration tools (mmc.exe)

After I realized that UltraUxThemePatcher causing mmc.exe crash and i keep getting a few BSOD, i had to do a recovery to RS2 and wont upgrade to RS3 until some updates has been made.
