I was running CIS forever, but it only installs with secure boot disabled. I stopped using it last week or so, and enabled secure boot again.

I found a GREAT ALL IN ONE, 1.4.2 !!! After an in place update to 15031, I disabled secure boot in the BIOS. I, cough, enabled it after not reinstalling Comodo IS.
