Well, in the end it was a stupid mistake by myself... I thought that when you run it, the windows become transparent without a theme. When I use a theme with it, it works like a charm minus a few...

I have a strange problem occuring with both black glass enhanced and full glass... When each of the programs is running, the windows have no transparency but the letter - characters...
