So I have a custom theme that did use uxstyle and it is called the Black Theme Toolkit. When I press CTRL ALT DELETE, it partially breaks the theme, restarts dont fix this issue any fix?

Alright if you are having this, uninstall the theme, make sure your accoutn is an administrator, reinstall,
Reinstall windows if that no work

I fixed it, reinstalled windows,

Remember your account must be and administrator during install
AND that you must not have messed with the ownershipppppp
