Text and Background Style Hack to make Dark Themes

Here is a simple style hack to change all the main text and background colours to create a dark theme, there will be images that still need to be changed so don't think you can use this style hack on a light theme and be done and make backups on any theme you try this on because I'm not 100% sure if I did right.
