CHANGING USER FRAME -7 -64 bit

Need help changing lame USER FRAME in windows 7 64 bit (The image around the user's pic when you press the start button -not sure what it's actually called). I tried an exe I downloaded which was meant to replace it with another, but it said my explorer.exe was not the right version. I can do it myself if I had the images. Can anyone help???????

Use this tutorial to change the start orb, it's exactly the same for the user pic frame, it's just a different image number in explorer you are changing.

Thanks -and thanks for all your hard work! Does anyone have the actual images to change to -that's really what I've been having trouble finding -I should have been more clear!
