Need help for locations (gadgets window, explorer)

Hi guys I need help for these locations:

the blue color in gadgets window (hover,select..)
the blue color in windows explorer (hover,select..)

Gadget hover is in a system file somewhere so it can,t be changed

well I found out what that system file was and changed it.
gadget hover modified.
