    IE8 Favorites Panel Header Color

    Hello,

    I would like to change the color, where the red arrow is pointing, of the Favorites panel header but can't find it.

    I've searched thru all the UIF files in ieframe.dll and all other locations I can think of.
    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

    Any Help would be Much Appreciated.
