Thanks my friend , I tried to use the frames from the theme on the right and copied all of the properties, yet the problem persists.
I believe it has something to do with some contentmargins, probably the same that would fix that other problem i have with the glyph in VLC drop down menu as well.

Edit: Fixed it toolbar button heioght was too big. Mad it 20pix and it's fine now.
