Well I am finally done here it is for everyone I give you "The Empire"

This theme was made to go with my light version i did for the last competition since we all know everyone here loves the darker stuff. Now lets get to what is included in this theme:

thank you very much nofx i got it to work and i did not have to take ownership of the file to rename it. i think raking ownership applies more for changing it than anything

I have installed the theme and it looks awesome. I have a stupid question. How do I create the ICON Dock? I am novice user and just don't know if it is as easy as selecting a setting, or perhaps a little more complicated. I would appreciate any help.

ok you need to first install a program called rocketdock [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
after that run my exe and it will put the skin where it needs to go and right click on the dock go to dock setting and set the new dock into place and hit ok and you will have it .
