I can not find, where to go / how to proceed (with Win7 Style Builder or Restorator 2009), to change that :

I think it is impossible to change this things in WSB. You have to create a FF Skin to change them.

I do not know create a skin (unfortunately i don't know how to use Photoshop, i am therefore compelled to modify one existing visualstyle, by replacing the elements by those of other visualstyles).

If skin, for you is this...

I tested to replace the one the right to the left (concerning Firefox, the visualstyle on the left is perfect : white*), and no change.
Therefore i think that is not at the level of the skin.

In my opinion (without to be sure) rather here :

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

But i do not know how to edit Neutral (if i replace the right by the left, i found myself with a classic thème ^^).

Sorry for my english, i have a lot of difficulty to me translate with Google and Babylon, i hope to understandable way.
