    Question.

    Do customized win7 themes slow down my PC performance or StartUp time? i wanted to try to install themes but im afraid it would affect my pc's performance.

    No, it doesn't slow down your computer. If you patch your operating system, the themes wont run as processes. So this way it won't use your computers recources. Also it places nothing in your startup list.
