One Vision the Retribution 7tsp pack

Hi all

Well after nearly a mth of work I have finally finished the icon packs for Retribution this is the 7tsp pack it does not include winrar themes or apps icons those can be found in the full pack in my themes section

wow wow wow it's just a beautiful set of icons look amazing really great job, thank you Razorsedge

sry that would be the only way is to remove the pack and and remove the file from it then reinstall it's an optional problem as in some ppl get it and some don't there is no explination as to why it happens for some machines and not others

If you have already installed the icon pack and have not seen razoredges solution above I've just come up with a very simple way to restore the network icon in the notification area for those of us who are unable to enable it in the notification area without uninstalling and re-installing the One Vision the Retribution 7tsp pack.

Note: Only the network icon will be restored to the original default one leaving the rest untouched.

Heres how:

1) Start you computer in Safe mode by pressing F8 during just after Bios post.

2) Start the 7tsp program and select - Program > SFC/Scan > SFC/Scanfile from the menu at top and browse to C:\Windows\System32\pnidui.dll.

3) After the scan is complete restart your computer and you should now see the Network icon in the notification area.

Also note that if you are running a 64 bit system there is another "pnidui.dll" file located in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder but is irrelevent.

another option to get to safemode for those of you who have your run command on your startmenu or know how to get to run box you can type msconfig and goto the boot tab. once there select safe boot, apply and restart. now before doing the steps [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] has laid out once in safemode goto run, msconfig, boot tab again and uncheck safe boot, apply, exit without rebooting. now preform the steps outlined by [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], and restart your system when done.

Am I missing the wmp icon or the pack simply doesnt have it?

I commented previously on this the manual pack in my themes section contains the wmp icon the 7tsp pack does not as I am using windows 7 N because it does not contain wmp, mediacenter or ie windows applications i dont want or use

so I do not have the wmploc.dll to mod or make the required res file to put in the pack

warning folks if you have your details pane, and or command bar/folder band moved this icon pack will restore them to their default locations. it is easy to find a tut on moving the details pane, but finding one for moving the command bar/folder band is not.
