    i have no problem with the coding part, although i do need to learn and re-learn a few things from the past few years, but my problem is i am not that great with the actual designing part of it

    have a look at these 2 apps http://www.lmsoft.com/ & http://www.artisteer.com/ no real coding required tho's you can really do well with adding custom code

    Just keep in mind when coding, Over the past few years a lot has changed dramatically.
    You have to be a lot more careful and sometimes code a lot of extra when it comes to cross browser compatibility and the design showing the same in most or all the most popular web browsers.

    Ive seen a lot of people the last year use a lot of these new rounded border and granite tricks using css and they forget to make it compatible with IE.

    yeah thats where people like me say well IE user's can suffer

    I dont use Dreamweaver tho I own it from when I was in college, I got a discount and only paid $199 for it and the cs3 suite and then for 45 I was able to upgrade later to the cs4 suite.
