rikd1977 please read through the post in the following thread. any questions just ask. Dark Knight in that thread created a post listing exactly how to install themes in 8.1 with update 1, and the tools you need. i took his tutorial and created a docx and pdf for those that would like to have a copy. by the way welcome to virtualcustoms.
