Thanks for the elaborate edit. This does not work properly with IE 11. I just had corrected the pack by removing corrupt and culprit resources so that there is no problem and you don't have to do sfc. I would have posted download link and all but I don't have enough post to post a link. You need five post, so I posted it somewhere else.....
