in my opinion.

All we want is a faster windows 7. faster in boot mainly + Aero glass + Task View + add to explorer rebar like mac osx finder/safari functions and buttons, which we could remove if we dont need those.

Ribbon and folderband are fix there.(ok we use 3rd party solutions and not native functions for hidden/open those)

Also a non spyware os, because win 10 is a spyware monster.

p.s. Let's say that if they would like to 'impress' the users could make a kind of internet explorer who could work as file browser. with compatibility to aero glass i functions and buttons, which we could remove if we dont need those etc etc
