Custom Navigation Pane and Branding image without modifying system files
Hello,
I‘m using Vista style themed VS in my Windows 10. At the moment, I‘m editing it for my personal usage but I‘m not able to force VS to display custom Navigation Pane background image in Control Panel and Branding image in System properties. However, I found a VS that has them changed. It looks like that in order for added images to actually show up in Windows shellstyle.dll has to be modified. Where do I find what additional information needs to be added to shellstyle.dll for achieving desired style?
Here‘s a screenshot of my current shellstyle.dll and the one made for other VS:
Any help would be appreciated.
Best Regards,
MDJ
