    Cool Desktop Movie to enable Dreamscenes on Windows 8 and 10

    Enable Dreamscenes movies to be played on Windows 8 and 10. It's a portable app so no installation necessary and best of all it's FREE/Donationware. Enjoy!

    I've used this on both Win 8.1 (64bit) and Win10 (32bit) using Wmv video files and it works fine
