    well isn't that special. i gave up on qtab a good while because it wold never theme. now i guess i'll have to take another look at it. thanks

    I figured out how to drag multiple windows into separate tabs. Basically you have to drag them via the tabs. If you simply try to drag them via the window it won't work.

    As for 'remembering' the tabs, I'm not really bothered by it not remembering them.

    I don't see anything this does that qttab bar doesn't do and more except that it works with multiple programs but honestly browsers, notepad++, and explorer are all tabbed so I don't really need anything else grouped together and qttabbar adds so much extra, like the ability to double click on empty space to move up 1 directory, the ability to lock tabs so they are always open and always remembered, the ability to change the tab bar color, highlighted active tab color, font colors, configurable short keys for all the things, ect.

    actually it doesn't open an extra icon on the taskbar. it replaces the explorer icon that pops up when you open a explorer windows with it's clover icon. now with that said with explorer pinned to the task bar you might get a second icon. i would know cause i don't use pinned apps on the taskbar.

    are you by chance running or at least have gsw's consolidated theme in? if so can you post a screenshot so i can see how qtab looks with the consolidated theme?
