Massive system slowdown issue on RS2 with custom themes

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else is seeing massive performance slowdown on their systems when running third party themes on Windows 10 RS2 CU? I've been having serious performance slowdowns on mine and after going through a ton of different things to see what was causing it I finally decided to see if removing all of my modifications and themes would fix it and it turns out that was the issue for me.

Is anyone else seeing massive performance slowdowns on their systems with Windows 10 RS2 after setting it up for third party themes? Because it brought me to the point where my performance was too slow to be able to access much. I couldn't view any videos without them constantly buffering even at 240p, and downloads kept taking over 2-5 hours for less than 100MB files just to be stopped before making it 10% through due to the performance being too slow.

I don't know if it's because I'm on a shitty 500GB HDD HP with only 4GB RAM but I came to the point where I simply couldn't run any of the customizations anymore due to them massively dropping my systems performance.

If anyone knows a way around this on crappy HP systems like mine I would greatly appreciate any help I could get, because as it stands I can't set my system up for custom themes again until this issue gets resolved.
