Anyone have experience with Winstep?

if jorge EVER gets around to actually creating a theme builder 99.9% of the people that use any winstep product will go into shock, most of us are still waiting for jorge to add tons of features that should of been added in version 17.1.

There is a beta theme builder on the Winstep forums but it is so old I would be real skeptical of installing it on Windows 10.
I really wish they would make one, there really is not a whole lot of Winstep themes out there. I mean one can take the long way around by dismantling an existing theme and re-building it which I did with GOR's HUD Red, I guess that is one way of doing it.
