Symbiote X - For RS3 & RS2

I can't seem to apply this theme. I've UltraUxThemePatcher version 3.3.4.0 installed on Windows 10 1709 (Build 16299.248) with OldNewExplorer 1.1.8.4. Anyone have idea what could be the problem? Would love to try this gorgeous theme

Unzip the package. Open the themes folder, and copy both files to Windows\Resources\Themes. Then either open Classic Theme Settings, and click on it if you have it in right-click menu or open themes folder, and double-click Symbiote.theme.
