StartIsBack++ 2.7 Release Candidate working flawlessly on Windows 10 RS5 Release Candidate.

WinaeroTweaker not FULLY tested, but so far the tweaks seen in the screenshot are all working flawlessly on windows 10 RS5 Release Candidate.
