I was wondering if anybody could please make this Grid icon a start orb for me. If it's not to much trouble, i would like to have a square orb and a circular orb with white glows. I just got PS cs4 today and as you can tell I was going to try and make it myself. I haven't had much (rather next to nothing) experience with PS, so I'm really not sure how to go about it at this point.

Hi guys, Im having problems changing the start orb. When i take ownership of explorer and then run the app, explorer restarts but the orb stays the same, when i go and check explorer.exe it shows i never take ownership :x, i have taken ownership so many times it doesn't make sense, i even recheck before i run the app and it says i have ownership, I dunno why it wont save it,(i run app as admin, so that's not it) Im stumped and dont know what to do.

Have you tried running the program as administrator? What happens when you try it? Also have you "patched" your system files? I assume that you have already done that?? also make sure that UAC is turned off. If its not, turn it off, reboot. The reboot is important. Let me know what happens then. I change my orb almost daily, so we will get you through this!

yes, i run the program as admin, it shows that it changed the orb but it doesn't. when i go and check the ownership it changed back like i never took ownership. i turned off UAC and still the same issue.
i rebooted like you said and still the same thing. I did patch before i did anything but maybe the patch didnt work? is there a way i can check that its patched correctly?

dont know if its related but i changed my theme to this one viewtopic.php?f=46&t=595&start=0 (http://virtualcustoms.net/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=595&start=0) and the clock didnt change(i put it in the sysWOW 64 and thats didnt do anything).
maybe the two issues are related somehow

either way, i appreciate the help guys
