You need to create a couple of new blank toolbars, remove the text and labels and place one on either side of the pinned area and space them out to bring the pinned area into the center.

Also I am running Windows 7 X64 Professional full retail. I had the same problem on Windows 7 X64 Ultimate RTM a while ago with another theme.

That is meant to be that way, those are just your recently installed programs, you can disable highlight recently installed programs in the start menu options.

edit: hi i installed your theme downloaded for this site and two other sites i am getting one problem the wallpapers are not changing for this theme. all other themes work great. please suggest something.
