software to change icons?

Can anyone recommend a good program to change icons? I tried iconpackager but it wouldn't change the favorites, downloads, and videos folders in the user folder. I tried tuneup but it wouldn't change my user folder or my local disc C icon. I deleted my icon cache and thumbnail cache but no luck. Currently I am using iconpackager and winbubbles to change those iconpackager misses but I would prefer to just use one program. ANY SUGGESTIONS? :crazy:

it happens because the Icon package you download doesn't include those folders

yo try tuneup utility 2010 easy to change theme and icons you can even make icon packages to sent to your friends or upload very good program cleans your system
has turbo mode to shut down unneeded programs while gaming
it is not a free program and i don't know if this is allowed but i can post allot of programs like this one with keys and cracks
