little problem with vista style builder

i try to make a theme with Xtreme Red Theme for Windows 7.
i have a little problem with one color barre and in all size.
i look all ligne (x2) in vista style builder but i don't find

see the screen.

In Vista Style Builder Version 1.4 it's either:

Windows 7 - Explorer & Shell - Explorer - List View - ListItem - Hot

or

Windows 7 - Explorer & Shell - Explorer - Items View - ListItemNotFocused - Hover
