To turn this theme into a Windows Blinds skin would take days to complete and would also require him to purchase the full program to be able to make the skins that way, there is nothing to it when it comes to using custom themes, just download VistaGlazz and use that to patch your system files then just unzip the downloaded theme and place it in the themes folder, it really is that simple.

Then if you want to change themes all you need to do is go to your personalization menu and select it from your installed themes at the bottom.

The only thing that is more complicated is changing the start orb or other system files like explorerframe.dll and other things that some themes require to have for the extra optional features.

Ok, I just found my issue. I had to run "Universal Theme Patcher for Windows", then install the theme.

:no1: This post http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/27909-How-to-Apply-Custom-Themes-in-Windows-7 should be as a sticky as this needs to be done before anything else. :no1:

Thanks !
