Windows 7 sceen !

Hello guys ,
i am poker player and i used to play on several tables while on windows XP (the resolution was big and application little).So i had space to place over 20 tables on the screen.
But now on windows 7 i have problems with the resolution and i can place only 6 tables o.0...
Is there a way or a program to adjust the resolution or make the applications smaller ?
