theme apperance problem.

What wud be the reason that a theme works perfect on 1 system , but when tried on another system it appears in basic view?
Are the theme files themselfs different for x86 and x64? When i say theme files i mean the files that go into the themes folder and not the extras like explorerframe ect.Ive noticed that some themes dont say x86,x64 only so i assume they work on both?

The only reason that would happen would be if the computer didn't support Aero or the files didn't get patched properly.
