Just finished mixing up the default Microsoft 'Slide Show Gadget' with a custom clock, it still fully operates just like the Slide Show Gadget but with the added bonus of doing something a bit more useful lol

The idea behind it originally was to give ppl who don't know how to make clock gadgets a clock they could easily add there own pics to.

Nice work Sean, I edited your first post though so you can run the gadget straight from the download.

Im afraid I don't know either lefty :(

I have just discovered that the gadget doesn't work properly on Vista (It was made within Win7), it installs fine but the slide show fails. I've edited the topic title to reflect this.

If theirs enough demand I'll make a Vista compatible version.

Have you tried manually copying it to the gadgets folder and seeing if it appears?

(Type "shell:gadgets" without the speechmarks in the start menu's search box and hit enter and the folder should open)

the gadgets are on!but i have searches on google and the gadget goes not why in the gadget are not the folder "de-DE" .

So if you rename the folder 'en-US' to 'de-DE' the gadget should load then, but the gadget will still appear in English. ;)
