Hi guys, I working on a new theme, which will look like.

But I have the following problem. (see screenshots)

I think I've done everything right, but still does not work.
Please help.

You need to change the text colour for the control panel, if it's black then it wont show, you will find all the text colours here:

Styles > ControlPanelStyle

For the white background colour you need to go here:

Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > Window:Color

Have a look at the image here, Start Menu > Menus > Basic > Toolbar, and if it has any transparency on the image then make it solid and it should be OK.
